This hotel truly exceeded my expectations in every way. The attention to detail and exceptional service provided by the staff and management were truly impressive. They went above and beyond to ensure that I had a memorable experience during my stay. The location, although not in the heart of the city, offered beautiful views of the river and a peaceful atmosphere. The rooms were spacious and clean, and I particularly enjoyed having a balcony to relax and take in the surroundings. The breakfast served was extensive and delicious, offering a variety of options to cater to different tastes. this hotel provides great value for money and I would not hesitate to stay here again.

The hotel has a stunning view of the river and the rooms are spacious and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful, offering great recommendations for nearby attractions. The breakfast buffet provided a variety of Asian dishes and was delicious.
The hotel's location is a bit inconvenient for tourists as it is not located in the Old Quarter, so transportation to tourist sites requires a taxi. due to its proximity to the river, the area can be more humid.

During our romantic escape, we loved the stunning views from the restaurant and the spacious Executive room. the hotel's proximity to nearby landmarks and shopping malls was very convenient for us. the staff was responsive to our needs and provided helpful recommendations for local attractions.
The breakfast offerings could have been better, but it didn't detract from the overall experience. the humidity level was a bit high due to the location near the river.

Staying at this hotel feels like a hidden gem in the heart of the bustling city. the location is just terrific, with the stunning river view, the proximity to the city center and the Old Quarter being just a few examples. the room is brightly furnished, clean and spacious. the staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive, and the breakfast buffet is delightful. A free spa treatment was an unexpected perk!

I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Hanoi. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to help me with recommendations and suggestions. The hotel's location was not in the Old Quarter, but everything was just a short 5-10 minute ride away, so it was very convenient. The best part was the room upgrade to a deluxe room with a balcony overlooking the Red River. The view was absolutely breathtaking.
No improvement needed, everything was perfect.
